About The Event
Dual Special Needs Plans are for people that have both Medicaid and Medicare.
Dual plans are for people who may need extra help because of their age,or because they have a disabiity or other health issue. This informational meeting will help you understand if you could benefit from these plans.
The meeting will cover:
- Do I qualify for a Dual Special Needs Plan
- Understanding how a Dual Health Plan works
- What does a Dual Heath Plan have to offer
- Learn about the extra benefits: hearing, vision, dental, and transportation
