Cannoli Dip, a Healthier Dessert

Cannoli Dip is a healthier dessert, if you follow the Healthy HIRA recipe below!


Required Ingredients

1 container Mascarpone Cheese

15 oz. container double cream full fat Ricotta Cheese

1 cup powdered sugar

Optional Ingredients:

mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

pistachio pieces

fruit or cookies


Mix all required ingredients above and refrigerate over night.


Before serving, mix in the optional mini semi-sweet chocolate chips to half of cheese mixture and pistachio pieces to remaining cheese mixture. Serve with fruit, such as strawberries, or cookies.


A good amount of protein is the sneaky healthy ingredient in this recipe!
